Fundraising

The PlayWiseKids Team is excited about raising money for your organization.
Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us to request a day for your organization. The organization must be a pre-school, elementary school, or a non-profit, tax-exempt group to be eligible. (For example, church groups and scout troops are eligible.) A minimum of two weeks advance notice from the booking date is required. Each organization may choose up to two dates every year. Only authorized personnel or a PTA representative can officially book events.
  2. Complete a PlayWiseKids Fundraising contract.
  3. Advertise the event to your group members.
  4. When you arrive at PlayWiseKids on the day of the fundraiser, let the cashier know what organization you are with so that we can track your group’s general admission payments.
  5. 20% of your group’s general admission sales will be donated to your organization from PlayWiseKids. Your check will be sent to you within ten business days of the event.
